Roofing & Building-Envelope Contractor

REYCON provides commercial and residential roofing, siding, and building-envelope services throughout Oregon. Our capabilities include TPO, PVC, EPDM, fleece-back systems, roof coatings, modified bitumen, asphalt shingles, standing-seam metal, concealed-fastener metal, AEP Span systems, and Polyglass roofing assemblies. We also install fiber-cement, metal, cedar, and wood siding.

Our building-envelope services include weather barriers, self-adhered membranes, flashing, waterproofing, sill pans, moisture diagnostics, electronic leak detection, remediation, and forensic repairs. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience and AIA/IIBEC technical training, REYCON delivers safety-focused work, clear documentation, and warranty-compliant installation for homeowners, general contractors, commercial properties, public agencies, and affordable-housing projects.

Through bilingual leadership, we work closely with general contractors, property owners, inspectors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects organized and properly documented. REYCON is COBID ESB certified and maintains active Oregon CCB, UEI, and CAGE registrations in support of commercial and public-sector contracting.
